Kimberly Wood
President
Kimberly Wood is the devoted wife of the late Tony Wood, a loving mother, a loyal friend, and a passionate advocate for cancer research. As a cancer survivor herself, Kimberly brings personal strength and deep empathy to her role as President of the Knock On Wood Foundation. Her unwavering dedication to finding a cure and supporting those affected by cancer is rooted in both her own journey and Tony’s enduring legacy. Kimberly embodies the foundation’s core pillars of faith, family, and friends—living to make every day a great day.
Justin Wood
Board Member
Justin Wood is a management consultant at RSM, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Before transitioning to the business world, Justin dedicated 15 years to public service as a firefighter and paramedic. Drawing on his leadership experience in high-pressure environments, he now helps organizations navigate complex integrations and operational transformations with a focus on people, process, and performance. Just has joined the board of directors to help carry on his father’s legacy of every day being a great day.


Kalyn Wood
Board Member
Kalyn is an accomplished actor, writer, producer, and passionate philanthropist. Kalyn gained recognition for her award‑winning short film Screaming Silence (2024), in which she acted, wrote, produced, and directed – earning multiple international accolades including Best Actress across UK, US, and European festivals. She also starred in the features Undefiled (2024) and Molar (2025) Driven by her late father Tony’s courageous battle with cancer, Kalyn has committed to honoring his memory through heartfelt service and advocacy. Through her board role, she channels her compassion and leadership toward the foundation’s mission and community impact. Kalyn is united in her creative and charitable paths—bringing stories to life on screen while carrying forward her father’s legacy by supporting causes aligned with hope, perseverance, and healing.
Kelsey Grander
Board Member
Kelsey Grander works on the Athletes in Action NYC team, serving college and professional athletes, coaches, and administrators. Her passion is to help athletes thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually—both during and beyond their playing careers. With her background in public relations and human development (University of Georgia), she brings strategic thinking, a passion for people and a heart for transformation to everything she does. Kelsey lives in New York City with her husband, Lee, and their three kids. Kelsey is Tony’s oldest daughter.


Art Giacosa

Arturo “Art” Giacosa is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience guiding ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families and their single family offices. As the Head of Legal and Finance of a significant single family office in Miami, Art plays a central role in investment strategy, legal oversight, and operational excellence. Art holds a J.D. from St. Thomas School of Law and an LL.M. in Tax from Georgetown Law Center. He is based in Miami, Florida.
Karen Costa

With over 20 years of experience, Karen serves as the national tax leader of RSM’s family office enterprise practice. Our national practice specializes in working with domestic and global single, multi and virtual family offices throughout all stages of their lifecycle. Karen collaborates with and oversees teams who seek to understand our client’s issues and develops holistic solutions to meet their long-term strategic goals.
Karen has deep expertise providing strategic tax consulting advice to her family office clients throughout their wealth journey. Her deep experience and success in building close relationships with her clients has given her the opportunity to work closely with multiple generations of families as their trusted business and family advisor.


Sara Bellarin

Sarah Bellarin is from Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she also met her husband, Adam. After graduating in 2015, Sarah began her career at RSM and, in 2019, joined the team led by Tony—a leader who would become both a mentor and a source of unwavering support.

Sarah served as Tony’s project manager throughout his time as Private Client Services Leader and during his transition into the role of Family Office Enterprise Channel Leader. Today, she continues to carry forward his vision in her role as Strategy Execution Director within the Family Office Enterprise Channel.
Outside of work, Sarah is a proud mother to a spirited two-year-old daughter who was born with spina bifida. The experience has deepened her resilience and gratitude, especially for the encouragement she received from Tony during uncertain times—a support she continues to hold close.
Mike Johnson
Treasurer
Michael Johnson is the Family Office Technology Leader at RSM US LLP, helping transform family offices into a technology marvel. As the brainchild of Tony Wood, FamilySight and its team of trained professionals are at the cutting edge of the Family Office technology space. Having worked with Tony for a great majority of his career, Michael understands the importance of Tony’s saying “Every Day is a Great Day” and works to bring that to life in his everyday dealings, both personally and professionally.
